Osterloff Stratigraphic Consultancy Ltd. (OSCo.) draws on Dr. Peter Osterloff’s forty years of global experience supporting the hydrocarbon industry and academia, allowing us to deliver age and depositional environment interpretations using biostratigraphic data-sets, in line with life-cycle regional exploration, drilling appraisal, development and abandonment activities.

Experience working internationally in leadership roles, supporting local experts in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and West Africa balancing technical growth with team player attributes, both in specialised but also regional evaluation teams.

Experience in providing operational biostratigraphy support from the UK, Oman, Malaysia and Nigeria, and remote support operations in Bolivia and Tanzania, give us the ability to prepare and manage drilling campaigns ensuring engagement of technically qualified staff, through knowledge of the current marketplace.

As a regular contributor to and editor of industry-leading publications - including Nigeria's StratComm. initiatives and previously GeoArabia - Dr. Osterloff’s expertise in the field of stratigraphy offers a wealth of knowledge that can be provided in an unbiased manner, as well as supported by solid technical work.
